I am an Iowa transplant to NJ who has been living with MS for 10 years now. Last winter I was diagnosed with PML and IRIS. I became bed ridden and could barely talk. My parents, who live in Bettendorf Iowa and I believe attended the U of I with you, turned me on to you. I have read all about your accomplishments as well as your book. Over the last six months I have been following your book and reading your newsletters with interest. I have gone from a bed, to a wheelchair, to a walker, to a cane, and now nothing. I still have a little hitch in my walk but I am excited to report that I am almost back to normal. I am writing to say thank you. Your story and your book are inspiring and helpful. Keep up the good work!
